What the app can do :-

Paid for the full version. It is well worth it. This app does exactly what it says. Great work. Update: As of 04/2021 this app no longer works properly. I am guessing the newer version of Android on my new phone does not support it as well. I am not even sure that this app is being updated anymore. I liked the app very much while it worked properly.

I really enjoy the application, but even though I have it set to 📢 announce the time ⌚, as well as reminders, it only does so when I am playing music on my speaker. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, yet it still doesn't work properly. I don't want it to shout interrupting songs, but for some unforseen reason, that's exactly what it does. I often miss important appointments because I put them in the application, yet it remains silent.

cuts off before the notification does, but is good enough that I get the "headline". This might be related to the app, but I have a feeling it's actually an android limitation (though Voice Notify gets a few more words out. but it's a huge pain) this next one is an android problem not shouter: on especially the aftershokz aeropex, the first message every few minutes if it's been idle gets cut off, which I just solve by always listening to music so the Bluetooth headphones don't go to sleep.

What's new

Due to recent changes in google's policy shouter is unable to access your sms or call information directly. Now Shouter uses data from Notification for detecting and announcing call and sms. So this permission has become important for call, sms, battery and Notification announcement
