Was okay for awhile then suddenly I received notifications late and eventually stopped receiving alerts altogether. No one's trying to be back behind the fence because there aren't any troubleshooting options.

I've been having trouble with the check-ins not alerting my phone which causes my probation officer to call and threaten to file a warrant for my arrest because I missed the check-ins, which is incredibly frustrating and distressing. The facial recognition needs to be refined since I didn't have makeup on when I took the first pictures, however when I put on makeup, facial recognition becomes much harder, even in adequate lighting. Please fix this issue and I will gladly give five stars.

Couldn't send a picture thru. I messaged them on the app, never got a reply. Got a call and got told to delete and reinstall, I deleted the app and now I can't install it back. They blamed us for not sending pictures. Ridiculous!
