I haven't even really been able to use the app since during the set up process it won't allow me to put in a ? as part of my Wi-Fi password. I'm not changing my Wi-Fi password and going around the house setting everything back up just because this one app doesn't understand how to allow a question mark in that character field. Absolutely ridiculous.

lights seemed pretty, unfortunately there is no way to control them without the app and the app is straight garbage. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, clear data, clear cache, trying anything to get it to do anything but just show a black screen when launched .. couple minutes later it says app not responding. trying to figure this out for a couple hours and it's just useless. really irritating to waste my time on this, hopefully this review spares you having to do the same.

I thought I was going crazy. I bought 3 sets of these lights - 1 on one occasion. They worked awesome, so I bought 2 more a week later. For some reason those didn't work, I tried everything and going as deep as my phone permissions, wifi permissions, and accounting for RF issues. Turns out: it used the other Brizlabs Life app (black background) even though they are from the same Amazon link! Scan the QR code on your lights and be sure you are using the right app! Otherwise these work great!
