It's more of a rating of the institution than the app. Using a web browser, the account will lock up for no reason, stating the data needs to be refreshed. No bills can be paid until the problem is rectified. Still have not gotten a plausible answer as to why this happens every 8-12 months. You might look elsewhere for your financial needs.

Very Helpful! I use this app almost daily to view account balances, transfer funds, and to maintain my banking needs. It is dependable! Customer service with a live person is available if you experience difficulty. This app makes banking quick and easy and I can even deposit checks with it. This is a must have for me!

I have only had one problem with my banking experience since joining BVSCU. Which I have been a member since '06. Recently I had to wait three and a half weeks to receive a debit card. And I even made suggestions to over night a card to me, paying for it with funds from my account. My problem is I like to pay bills without accruing late charges. So, I would like to make a suggestion, if a member can identify themselves though security questions. I believe that would be a great option.
