Crashes on startup after OS upgrade. Going on 6 months now. Any chance this will ever get fixed? Update: Still not working, but kudos to the devs for responding with an actual timeline for a fix. Looking forward to the reworked iteration of the app! Update #2: App is now updated and working again. No chance yet to test features, but it's at least functional again :-) Updating from 1 to 4 stars for now.

The latest version of the myCentral app is a nice update to the original. Thank you for hearing my request to correct the issues with the old app. The new version is easy to use, provides all the information I need around my insurance, and helps me stay connected to the Central Insurance company. Great job!!!! It is nice to know a company cares and listens to their customers.

This app is the worst. In the last year it has never opened. Every time I try it crashes. I've tried re-installing and using different phones. No luck.

Hi Wendy, We are sorry you had trouble accessing our app in the past. We have since released a brand new version that should fix the issues you were having. We hope you get an opportunity to try our new app in the near future.
