We start within, by prioritizing our team’s wellbeing with a salary floor of $80,000 before benefits; a four-day workweek; fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) with a 5% match; unlimited menstrual leave; gender-based violence paid and protected leave; seven weeks of paid office closure a year; unlimited PTO with a vacation stipend; and a wealth-building stipend. I've been a fan of Chani for years and am OBSESSED with this app!! I've used other astrology apps but this one is TOP NOTCH! Weekly readings, personal readings AND the option to listen to them or read the transcript which is perfect for my neurodivergent brain that can't listen to something without subtitles and pay attention! The ritrial ideas, journal prompts and meditations are amazing! Plus the journal prompts save in app, it's like all my favorite things finally in one app!

There's something about Chani's word choice I can't follow. Maybe it's their voice - and they do all the recordings, so there's no avoiding it. Other than that, readings seem very general. I only signed up for a free trial so never saw a reading that really resonated with me (and around my birthday no less) but maybe that was enough.

I love this app so much! First of all, it's beautiful! I am so grateful that this team put so much care into the Android app. I have never encountered a single bug, and I have been using this app since its launch. I pay for the extras, and I love them so much. In particular, I love the breakdown of my current transits and the weekly goodies we get. It's presented so lovingly with the philosophy that each transit is gifting us something, even if it's rough!
