How do I start using Citibox?

Once the lockers have been installed in your building, follow these steps:

Download the Citibox app.
Register in the app. It will only take 3 minutes.
When purchasing online, indicate your usual address and add (Delivery to Citibox locker)
And... that's it! You can purchase online as before but without having to wait for the courier.

How do I know that my package has arrived at the Citibox locker?

We will notify you through the app indicating the locker number where your package is located.
Once you are in front of the locker, enter the first character of the code next to the QR code.
We will then provide you with a unique 4-digit code.
Pick up your order and close the mailbox.
It's that easy!

Citibox is FREE

The use and maintenance of Citibox lockers is completely free. There is no cost to the building or the residents.

Useful service but is a bit annoying with the notifications. Like you receive a package, get an email and a mobile notification, so far so good, but then hours later you'll receive more emails and notifications if you haven't picked it up. But i'm not talking about days after, is literally 4h later, and it's very annoying

It's a very disturbing experience. Haven't received my parcel and it hasn't shared code to me my parcel is lying in the locker haven't been able to open it

it would be nice if when you're choosing a password, you don't have to guess if it's already taken or not. I've been going at it for 20 minutes and still can't find a valid password.
