Have been using cityflo services for more than year. Earlier experience was very good. Complete value for money. But since last few months the bus on my route is extremely old, dirty and not well maintained. I have raised this issue 100 times but still they are not changing bus neither they are doing proper service of bus. I am paying equally to others who are availing good bus facilities then why this issue. Concerned bus is bus number C129 (Thane to Santacruz route)

Taking cancellation charges even during this rainy season since work from offices gets cancelled at the last moment. This is really sad. And when contacted the customer service they are asking to pay for subscription even after telling them that I don't travel to office regularly. Uninstalling the app after using the wallet money

It is very expensive. The support is very poor. They have few standard responses which they give. The drivers are not sensitised about stopping for passengers especially female passengers even if they see them in the front. I have had to wait for over half an hours their busses run late always in the evenings. If we miss the bus money is deducted but if the bus is itself delayed no refund is provided.
