About this app

The Badge Check App was designed to assist scout leaders in controlling badges by recording both the date of request, date of delivery and the level and type of badge delivered.
1) Login
The first time you access the App you will need to log in. This is only done through a Google account that you have and that has been verified.
2) Home
Initially your Home will be empty. Use the register young person option to enter your young people.
3) Register the young person.
Register the young person's basic data Name and Branch.
4) Select a young person.
The young people you have registered will appear on your list. Select the desired one to deliver or mark the badge request.
5) Start delivery/order
After selecting the youth, click the square "check" button located above the youth selector. This will open the menu to select the badge marked as delivered or requested.
6) List of available badges.
Here all badges available to be managed will be listed. The color shown will always be yellow (N1). If you have already delivered some higher level badges, the color (level) displayed will be the one with the highest value.
7) Select.
To mark as requested, use the switch button below the desired badge, this way the date will be set to the current day, it is not possible to change this date.
8) Excluding delivery/request.
Once you have selected as delivered or ordered and wish to undo this action simply click the switch again. If the badge has already been marked as delivered, the App will give you 3 options between "Delete", "Change level" and cancel.
Choose the delete option and the delivery will be canceled.
9) Changing the level.
Once you have already marked the badge as delivered you can change the level which in reality means giving a new badge to the young person of a different level but of the same type, in the case of specialties.
Just click the switch button and choose the change level option.
10) Select the new level.
Here the process is the same as done before. Select as requested and then you can mark it as delivered by pressing the desired badge for 2 seconds.
You will only be able to schedule delivery of the badge after it has been marked as "requested".
To mark as delivered, press the desired badge for 2 seconds and it will be marked as delivered.
The voice commands are (before using the command, enable the function on the microphone button):
- Select young man "say the name"
- Request badge "name of badge" level or branch "tell the level or branch"
- Hand over badge "name of badge" level or branch "name the level or branch".
- Delete badge "name" level or branch "tell the level or branch"
