Edit, answer to Customer Service: the last level of Chapter 2 is IMPOSSIBLE to win without multiple boosters, and I haven't enough gems to buy more. I have tried over a dozen times with one or two boosters AND upgraded equipment, and it is IMPOSSIBLE. I've watched ads to earn coins and boosters, and STIll cannot make it. Original: Pay to win. Impossible to pass Chapter 2 unless you spend money. No thanks; if I got in to maybe Chapter 5 and was invested, I'd be persuaded to spend money.

All these developers are the same. They use an algorithm that only gives you enough time to almost beat the level. No matter how fast you are, how many combos you create, you will get a point or two less than you need at a certain level. I left a couple of these games that do the same thing. They don't create a fair game. I know I'm super good at this so it's def them cheating you. Making you think you need gems and how expensive the upgrades are is asinine.

Deleted after giving multiple chances .I do not recommend this app. No game should hinder their players progress to force purchases to pass levels. They claim to be passable but they're not. It also takes too much time to start every play due to ridiculous ads by the tons. There's games out there that are smooth play without ads or purchases
