Coupa mobile is free for Coupa users. Use the same URL and login as in a web browser. App and feature availability depend on your company settings.

Ratings and reviews

When the app works, it's great for tracking and noting travel expenses for work... DO NOT TRUST the app to save your receipt pics, it routinely won't work, but it makes you think it worked, then you throw away your receipt, only for the pic to be gone from the app later! Frequent fail rate, make sure you take your own receipt pic on your phone as backup.

Frequently unstable, unreliable. It's very rarely usable, as it frequently complains that it can't synch and doesn't let you save receipts locally.

I used to use it and while it was slow, it usually worked. Now, post the most recent upgrade our IT did about 2 weeks ago, it is locking me out from logging in and it tells me I cannot login--even though I've checked and the username and password and instance I use on the web app are exactly the same. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not fix the issue. So, it's completely useless.
