Hamidah Idham or better known as Cici Paramida (born in Jakarta, 7 September 1973) is an Indonesian dangdut singer. Cici is the older sister of the 2004 KDI winner (TPI Dangdut Contest).
Cici lives in a musical environment. Their mother is a gambus and qasidah singer. When they were young, they had joined the same qasidah music group.

Cici paramida became known thanks to the song "RT.05/RW.03". And the song "Wulan Missing", further catapulted his name. Cici chose dangdut because the music is not much different from gambus and qasidah. Until now, Cici has produced more than 10 albums, four of which are religious albums. Various awards have also been received, including the Indonesian Music Award (1999). Cici's albums involve many famous Indonesian musicians, such as the album "Opium Asmara" in collaboration with Guruh Soekarnoputra, and the album "Unseparable", in collaboration with Erwin Gutawa.

His latest music project is with the music group 3 Kembang with Ikke Nurjanah and Kristina. The trio of dangdut divas was officially formed in 2011 and has successfully released their singles entitled "Goyang Sayang", by Anang Hermansyah and "Kegagalan Cinta", which is a re-arrangement of a song by Rhoma Irama.
