Great concept, but the first two experiences were not that great. Quality control could be improved. First order, one item was unavailable and refunded. Another item was replaced with slightly lesser quantity - 120g instead of 150g paid for. Dosa batter was too sour and expires in 4 days after delivery, maybe that is not too bad; I don't know what's typical there. Second order, they missed a 10lb rice and marked the order as delivered. I had to email customer care, and they offered refund.
