The app is great and very convenient to use. However, the major downside is the customer service. The representatives are unresponsive and unhelpful. Messages often go unanswered, and when they do pick up calls, they usually say they’re busy and promise to call back—but they never do. This poor support experience takes away from the overall quality of the app. I hope this is addressed soon.

no complain, though i would want to ask if you guys can make the app work without internet it would be a good upgrade, considering sometimes one is in a remote area where network is down and the payment needs to be done. in future consider that. I'll give a 5 star if you keep your word and when I receive my reward.

I am writing to inform the management and suggest that if daily payments can be added to DLIGHT APP. It will aid easier and quicker REPAYMENT. When #15000 is divided by 7 days that's #2145 daily. This can aid ease. Because sometimes it is better to pay #2145 to Dlight than using it to buy Petrol. Please kindly work out on this information. Thanks
