You are forced to buy coins to proceed. It makes you think you have a choice to go further by skipping the pay to play option but it's impossible. The game play is difficult, you get a lot of tools but no clear idea how or where to use them. Very frustrating game!

every time I login to your games I am promised 5 coins and never receive them. Quite annoying. On the support icon, I enter my name / email address but there is no field to enter my concerns??
