Disappointing Reward System I’ve been using this payment app for a while now, primarily for bill payments, and I have to say the reward system is extremely underwhelming. Every time I complete a transaction, I have to click multiple times just to "win" a reward. The process is cumbersome and feels more like a chore than a reward. The worst part? The rewards themselves are insignificant. Most of the time, it’s a tiny cashback amount 2₹ or useless gift vouchers that don’t have real value.

Why can't you guys provide an option to type & search an item in shopping tab. It's ridiculous to keep on scrolling 1000+ items to find the 1 you actually need. Everytime I open the cred application and end up wasting time in search of the actual product. I have started ordering items from elsewhere (another shopping websites) rather than wasting my time.

Reward system is totally unpredictable, and very disappointing. Now I have switched to Mobikwik for card repayment, and straightway get 1% cashback. Edit : I came to know about new developments from the app team to improve reward system from October onwards. Frankly CRED has best UI among peers and so many useful features as well. Let's hope the new changes improve things..till then 2 ⭐
