Ratings and reviews

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was terrible. 1. DO NOT ORDER URGENT MEDICATIONS—the "60-minute delivery" is fake marketing. 2. NEVER USE YOUR CARD FOR PAYMENTS—they keep fake stock of life-saving medications to attract customers. I ordered with my card, waited 3 hours, then was told the medication wasn’t available and was pressured to order something else. My order was canceled, and I still haven’t received a refund. This cheap marketing tactics can cause serious stress.

The order history always has loading issues, and the online payment option frequently encounters problems. It would be helpful to add a visible "Online Support" tab to make things easier for users. Also, please ensure the 60-minute delivery time for medicine is met as promised.

Very bad experience using the app and online website too. Cant place a simple order error comes up again and again. After the website i tried ordering from mobile app. Still i cannot place a simple order.
