Very poor app. Doesn't allow to upload invoice details or pic and without that you cannot move forward. This step was after entering all other details. Simply want to book the free AC service as part of first year and not able to connect with anyone from Panasonic.

Installed the app to book installation of an AC which was delivered yesterday, there is no other way to contact the company, emails aren't responded to, now if i start the app it's just frozen on the start screen, so now im stuck with a new ac and no way of having it installed. Very poor app, even the model number isn't even supported in the app. Horrendous app and appalling customer service via Panasonic/Sanyo. Seems I'll need to install the air conditioner myself.

My TV stopped working for more than a week. I have raised service request on 16th September but till now nobody attended. I have tried a lot for the service. Not sure is it a mandatory step to follow up so many times to get service from Panasonic? Is there anything called SLA in Panasonic service? Really fed-up.
