What an absolute shambles of an update. Had to reset my password, doesn't read my either meter, deleted all my payment details. Previous app looked like an app, simple, basic pointless info, showed your account balances and let you make quick easy payments. This version is similar in that it shows you more needless info. Otherwise, it doesn't show your current balances and doesn't let you make quick easy payments. Or recurring ones. Useless. Meh ok next to useless. A month later still not fixed

Some basic flaws. I just looked at my year to date usage Jan-Apr. The bar chart shows Jan-Mar all identical, but when you tap on each the actual reading is displayed in a box below the chart. The charts should be powerful visual information, but unfortunately are useless a lot of the time. This is basic functionality and should be better by now, it's not a new app. Very disappointing.

3 years on from the last 1 star review its not hard to say it's still only deserves 1 star. It is still one of the slowest and most impractical app I have used. Still slow and time consuming to just top up on the go. When topping up, you end up leaving the app and going to their website to top up. Really? And then sometimes the top up doesn't happen straight away so you have to again go through the most tedious way of manually topping up with a code. Sort it out EDF.
