Ratings and reviews

Top up parking credit is not instant. Always being blocked by the gate because lower than RM5 (But I already top up via app one hour before), force us to take the ticket for entry and pay as non-member. Then what is the purpose for us to have this membership card? Lousy system. Better use TnG if you cannot manage your system well.

Other than checking points, mall directory and reload for car park,the rest of it is redundant. The referral program and benefits for normal members just not enticing nor worth it, to get more you need to spend nearly RM 20k/year just to get silver member for measly RM 30 voucher on your birthday. Preferred parking space also extremely limited and feels like any donkey can just go in,doesnt feel premium at all&the offers to recruit new members has more offers than existing ones,makes ppl sad.

After reading the reviews of the other app user, I straight away uninstall the apps. I had a hard time to log in and the apps is really slow. Thank you guys for sharing honest reviews about the app. Uninstalled ✅
