- when clocking the app's confirm button to make a tranfer to a ficohsa account/ach it doesn't work - I use a vu mobile token app (since the message with the token can't reach my phone) each time I open the token app or any other app it resets to the login screen and I have to do the whole peocess again

Absolute nightmare: - UI looks like an app from 2006. - Asks to reset your password every 3 seconds. - Constantly has issues. - Transactions tend to fail, quite a lot. - Automated responses (Emails for resetting your password as an example) takes AGES to deliver. - Incredibly vague of what to do if something goes wrong.

The app is still missing so much options that other banks offer, such as blocking your card, details on floating transactions. Also it's the same interface as the web version, the only advantage is the fingerprint option.
