About this app

MailWasher Mobile helps stop spam and other unwanted email. MailWasher enables you to preview all your email and delete it before it reaches your email program. Comprehensive anti spam filters are used, along with white lists and blacklists.

MailWasher previews your email at the server, so you can view, mark for delete, add to blacklist or friends list. Then press the 'Wash' button to remove the unwanted emails.

MailWasher works fast and is quick and easy to use.

Common swiping actions are used:
- Pull down to refresh/check for new messages
- Swipe an email across to add to or remove from friends list/blacklist
- Click on an email to preview it fully.

MailWasher previews your email in plain text for security.

POP3 and IMAP email accounts are supported.The Account Setup Wizard helps with the setup, or you can download the Desktop version of MailWasher Pro and sync your accounts and blacklist/friendslist entries.

If this mobile app was any good, I'd gladly pay $50 a year for Mailwasher Pro. It only downloads 25 emails from my inbox. There isn't a way to set it up to download contents of Spam folder. My spam folder catches everything for the most part,but at least two legit emails a day go to spam and I have to scroll through over 100 entries to find them. When I am on my computer, I can use Mailwasher to bounce the spam which does help but I use my tablet and phone 98% of the time for email.

I finally gave up on this app because I kept getting constant error messages. An error would pop up that had something to do with a possible, incorrect password, even though I double and triple checked it. Then another error message came up telling me that my configuration settings were incorrect for Gmail. No matter what I tried inputting, nothing seemed to work, so I'll be uninstalling this app, ASAP.

The mobile app constantly deleted/loses your email client account. When it does have it, it is of no use. It will not prevent or intercept the spam-junk that you have told it to on your email before it shows up in your cell phone email mailbox. Not sure what the purpose of the app is. Waste, big waste of my money. This will only do what it should on an PC. Period. 99% of the world sees their email on their cell phone first. Well, this will NOT catch-block anything before it appears on your cell
