Useless. Worked well enough for purpose in the beginning of 2020 (February, pre-pandemic, as I recall) but now is a total shambles of "technical errors". I give up and use Google maps for train times now and just plan to be at the station with enough time to purchase my ticket on the kiosk.

Giving 3 stars because it offers the best prices for trains with group savings, without the annoying fees found in other apps. However, the app has some issues. On my Pixel 4a, it constantly triggers the NFC chip detection noise, which is quite frustrating. Also, it's unclear why Bristol Airport is listed when there are no routes available from the airport to Bristol. These need fixing for a better experience.

Edit: two years later and still all the same bugs!!! It keeps logging me out, which is frustrating especially when you're in line to get through the gates or have a ticket manager standing next to you on the train. What's the point of having a digital ticket when it's never handy when you need it. And when I am logged in, half the time it only shows old used tickets and my current and upcoming ones aren't there.
