I often have issues with the connection. It can happen several times in a month. When there's a connection issue both while using mobile and laptop, connection isn't as good as my XL mobile data it's far much better, stable, and rarely has issues. The app is not better, errors, super slow. What's more disappointing is the Customer Service experience. Worst I've ever had. They're robotic, just use emplate, not detailed, not own the prob. Never make any follow up, not to mention go extra miles.

myfirstmedia billing pay are still not working 404 page not found error. The apps keeps on loading without ending. The updates are basically ruining everything. Cannot login, cannot pay via credit card. Sent an email to customer service. No response
