Just bring back the customer portal page. I can't even check the remaining balance with the useless app. Don't bother me to contact your billing team which are not available even in the office hours.

I wasn't going to write it, but the more I think about it, the more frustrated I get, so I decided to write it. This morning, I found out there was no connection and red spot on wifi machine appeared. So I complained through 5 bb application. But it said, "Max open Ticket limit reached. Pleased kindly wait as our team works on your cases." This is now the 4th time within a week I've had to complain through the online app. I work with online and I have been annoyed due to this. Very poor app I've ever used. After installed, it came out with black screen and no action can be toward. Just wasting my time.
