FlexyBox WorkForce is the best way to complement your FlexyBox system. Make inventory counts and deposits for your system in an easy and user-friendly way directly on your smartphone.

Start and resume storage counts of storage areas
- When inventory data has been downloaded to the phone, inventory counting will work offline as long as you remain logged in.
- Storage counts are stored locally on the phone so that they can be sent when you get mobile data or wifi again.

Make deposits and payments
- Attach or take a picture of the voucher directly in the app and it will be saved together with the deposit or payment in your FlexyBox system.

Keep track of procedural lists
- Update stages on procedure in procedural lists.
- Scan a QR code to directly end a procedure in the list.
