Worthless app. Poor UI. I think it's just a web portal. Looks like an app from 10 years ago, difficult to customize order. No option for thin crust? Must type in special instructions. Coupons don't work. Shows $8.99 XL pizza party pack but after you add it to cart it changes to $10.99 each even with no toppings. Ended up calling in my order and giving up on bonus points. Waste of time. If I didn't l live 2 blocks away from one, I would never order here. Domino's is cheaper & better & app works!

This app as well as their basic online ordering service charges you needlessly. Trying to order a stromboli that requires you to select three toppings will charge you for every topping even though it's not supposed to. Same thing goes with pizza deals, if a pizza is 13.99 for a three topping as soon as you start choosing those three toppings you are charged extra for it no matter what... This really needs to be fixed both in this app and on the website because this is basically charging us twice

Both the app and website lock up on the checkout screen. I was only ordering from this place because of a coupon I got in the mail, but I'll skip it because I can't actually order. Again, tried ordering by website and by app, even made a profile, but it freezes when you go to finalize the order.
