Ratings and reviews

The app is easy to use and gives access to several features such as PayID but also to notify them when you go abroad so your card doesn't get blocked when you're travelling. There's also a MFA system that lets you use a code (from a separate app) instead of using an SMS so you can still login if you can't receive text messages. Last but not least, their customer service always answers quickly and with efficient information.

52 years of safe, total cover all around the world. You can't get better than that. My original membership number was 3483, when it was the SECV Credit Coop. Yep, I used it in Berlin, London, Montreal and Chicago. Saved my bum when I couldn't come up with a new departure tax at LA airport.

Easy to navigate app . Easy to find information. Fabulous bank very efficient and alway friendly and helpful staff go beyond to assist. I will stay with this bank because of their values and vision. Thank you for many years of excellent service.
