As others have said, trying to do anything in the app requires an OTP but the OTP never arrives and resending doesn't work. Tried multiple phones with US country code.

Garbage. Requires a login just to see the map and then won't send the OTP text, so you cannot view map (or do anything else).

Account settings can't be found under the 'Account' tab. Instead, user hv to figure out thru the 'member>membership profile>my particular' unnecessary layers. And then only 1 vehicle can be registered to enjoy the 2hr parking. Making app unnecessarily complicated and confusing deliberately will not gather a good rating. And when 'membership profile' and 'Account' are separated, it shows the app developers are cheap amateurs.
