Once online, they gain access to a list of available orders, allowing them to accept orders, view details, and track their journey using an interactive map.

Drivers can update the order status at every stage—starting from "Start" to "On the Way," "Reached," "Accepted," or "Rejected." In case of acceptance or rejection, they can capture an image of the order and provide remarks or reasons for their decision.

With real-time tracking, a smooth user interface, and a structured workflow, GCC-eTicket simplifies order handling for drivers, ensuring a more organized and transparent delivery process.
