The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

Very worst App, I have ever seen. SBI team didn't improvise also. I am the card user since last 8 months but till date I couldn't login to there mobile App. Whenever I am trying to login, it gives error message "something wrong try again later". I communicated them via phone not get any positive response. Even wrote a mail with all the screenshots, but I didn't get a reply. It's very strange that, they are not trying to improving their system after knowing all the issues.

Its all features are very good and handy. However, option to enter amount figures manually along side of slider bar for changing spend limits for daily and per transaction is not available. Which is inconvenient and time taking if one want to set the limit precisely to a figure. So it is requested to update feature to enter the daily and per transaction limit manually along side to the sliding bar. It will make this app extremely user friendly.
