Recent versions of Android enforce you to choose a default web browser and would not show you an application picker when opening links from non-browser apps. However, this might not be very convenient in certain situations or for safety reasons. This application bridges this gap. By default it allows links or texts containing links being shared to it and it will show a convenient picker with the list of installed web browsers. It also can be registered as a default browser and every time you open a link you'll also be able to choose a specific browser yourself.

"and One Browser to Rule Them All" just doesn't work, as Middle Earth discovered. We all end up needing more than one browser. And while one does yeoman's duty most of the time, it's never perfect. Inevitably an update messes something up or adds a unwanted frill & we resort to our backup, or we have a super private browser for finances. This ad-free light app. simply makes life easier. You get to choose which browser opens what. You're the Boss.

Unlike the competition (Choose Browser for example), this one has a night mode, and oh what a beautifully implemented one! I think it's smaller than the competitors, and as far as i can tell, it seems to not run in the background. It quickly starts upon pressing the link, remains accessible/visable in the recent apps screen even after you opened the link (useful for opening the same link in multiple apps), and after swiping it away, it actually closes! It's also one-handed friendly! UwU <3

Finally an app that returns the ability to pick which browser when I want. Works with no issues! It's easy to use, stays out of the way until you need it, and open source on top of that!
