I enjoyed this apps but after 4 times of withdrawal in AFK there's had a problem,.the time is still playing but the current and the estimated points still zero balance..and when I play to watch the adds but nothing points or rewards not recieving,.please fix it

I am constantly trying to get in contact with these people and they are not responding I get paid but this time my payment is a little bit awkward it's kind of like my second last pay my payment before this one I redeem multiple times already so I know it pays but at the same time they do take off but when it comes to the cold I have to share tag and let them know which I did that and they haven't sent me a cold or nothing
