The program is based on data from the svitlo ternopil webcam site.
From additional amenities:
* You can view points in a list without opening the map
* You can add a point to your favorites
* The map (as if) more accurately reflects the location of points
* Shutdown schedule. User-friendly display (needs to be set up, but not difficult).
The schedule can be customized for your group: click "Edit schedule" and choose how the week starts on the official schedule from oblenergo. That is, what color is it on Monday from 00:00 to 03:00.
