The Gotcha! App will help any finder of a lost pet to retrieve instant information about the lost pet and the most direct way to contact the owner. Once the finder scans the QR code tag, the owner will get instant notification about the pet’s location. I downloaded the app and created a profile. I added my first pet, and now it just keeps saying there's a new update to complete before continuing. However, the link doesn't take you to an update only back to the original Google Play download page. And, the only options on it are to open the app or uninstall. If the app doesn't work, then the tags are useless, and I'll return them all. I've messaged the developer so, hopefully they will provide a solution.

It only lets me get to the page where you pick dog or cat and it absolutely crashes afterwards. I chose dog and it just keeps on saying "please select a species" I tried reinstalling the app and trying again didn't change anything. Please fix this bug, the products have nice design and all but I picked this specific one because of its function.

Couldn't create an account on the app, the loading wheel just kept going. I tried to create an account on their website and that worked, but I could not login in the app. The whole point of getting this collar was for the lost and found app, which seems to be useless. Not really a sustainable business model to market stuff that just doesn't work.
