This app does not work well, it is highly clunky and unresponsive when making an order. Scrolling and item loading is slow whilst the loyalty does not work at all. I have been unable to receive points for new visits or spend my existing points including the sign-in bonus that will likely expire before this is fixed. A loyalty & ordering app unable to do either.

I can't use my loyalty barcode in Google Wallet anymore. Only in the app, which I can't log in to in the store due to the lack of signal. "Contact us" section in the app doesn't work. Put in an add to Google wallet button so I don't need to use your app. Thanks

Long wait between each screen, new update is even less optimised. Took 15mins to order a single burrito. Then it took payment and wouldn't show it in past orders. This app is slow and clearly not built for all phones
