Installed app on two android phones but when you click on the GT share icon on BOTH phones i get the dreaded "App Isn't installed" message, however if you go into the App information screen then press 'Open' the app then opens and can be used. Developer really needs to work on this.

I have never seen such a shameless bunch of so called IT experts in a company. Since 2021, they have never been able to tackle the crashing issue of this app after selecting the receiver and never paid heed to the complaints of its customers.

Is this developer actually getting paid for this job, or is he working for free? It’s beyond frustrating that he’s been unable to deliver a stable app for years! It’s clear he’s not putting in the effort required. At this point, he should be fired for his incompetence. Totally a waste!
