Loved it when it started. Cheapest fee to use for their gold plan but found out it used Plaid which it doesn't like SSFCU and it, the app, would do another option like let it manually add or give the option for bill pay or debit card transaction. Additionally, they would not respond to me consistently and promptly via email. However, did respond to the phone call that I left; the representative was a tad bit pompous and frankly unapologetic when I described the situation for a second time..

The idea Guac had at launching was great, and I signed up immediately. It's been frustrating. Gotcha verification is a loop that gives new objects to verify without submitting the verified information. I want to take out my money and delete the account. You instruct me to go to transfer.instructions, but you failed to make the link live or provide such a section. I was so frustrated in 2022 (and I still am in 2024) that I stopped saving in 2022. I am very frustrated with Guac on all levels.

I've been using this for a few months now and it's been amazing. You can save so much so quickly without even realizing. I haveva problem with having it in a savings account that I can see/access because I inevitably withdraw it or transfer to my checking. I am delighted every time I check my goal and now I'm OVER that goal and I'm just going to keep saving till my target date!
