So I can't track my shipment on the website, had to install the app. It doesn't let me login using my tracking number, nor my phone number. This is garbage. My shipment contains nicotine products so I have to be home to accept the delivery, but it is impossible to track. I don't know if the delivery will be made today or in 3 weeks. Vuse made a terrible move contracting with this company.

Completely stupid and useless. Doesn't remember password, doesn't allow password reset, no links for help or support. useless garbage. Any company that requires you to use this app to track packages doesn't care about customer experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

I don't have a problem with the app but with their service. It took them almost a month to pick it up at the hub and the person that is supposed to deliver it has had it for over 2 weeks. Everytime I ask about it they say they had an emergency, that's funny cause I got the same excuse last time. This is tobacco products so you have to be home when it's delivered but they won't tell you when, I've been asking and I get the same answer "within a week" yeah right in what year. Don't waste your time
