Very bad service i tried to login from another device i got my login id and password my email from head office but still it the app is not working even the service of mobile banking app is worst . Really dissapointed. Plz improve your service , user interface its so difficult than any other banking apps

I downloaded the Himalayan Bank Limited Mobile app and it was the worst banking app I ever used! It was so slow and kept crashing every time I tried to make a transaction. The user interface was confusing and in some cases, the information displayed was wrong. I lost track of my account balance because the app didn't update regularly. I had to switch over to my computer and use their website in order to access my bank account. This app is definitely not worth your time and effort.

The Himalayan Bank HIMB mobile app is extremely disappointing. It lacks a biometric login option, compromising convenience and security. The QR code functionality is unreliable and often fails. The user interface and experience are poor, with a childish and outdated design. The layout is cluttered, and navigation is unintuitive, making it difficult to use. Overall, the app falls short of modern standards, requiring significant improvements to enhance its usability and functionality.
