I have the jackery 1000v2 unit, though it's not listed on compatibility with this app. The 1000v2 have wifi/bluetooth & it's meant to connect with the app. It scans and shows it's available to connect. But when I go to connect my phone with the unit, it is not available. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times but still have issues. I gave up on the app. Hopefully there will be an update soon, I got that specific unit for the ease of use.

I have an explorer 600 plus and a 300 plus. To use the app both need an internet connection or they won't connect. That makes the app worthless for remote camping where we have no cell service, which is exactly what these power stations were designed for! To make matters worse, you can only change the battery saver function thru the app, so you might get stuck with a power station that only charges to 85%, and no way to change it back to full power. Somebody needs to wake up here!?

I give four stars because there is always room for improvement. That said I read the manual prior to plugging anything in and playing with the system. It helped a lot. When I installed the application I followed the instructions, connected to the Bluetooth device first which may not have an easily recognizable name. After that in the app I was able to confirm the Bluetooth that I was connected, then I connected to my Wi-Fi from there I am able to monitor the battery just fine now. Pretty sweet.
