Only just downloaded it and have yet to use it for its designed function - buying online- but so far it's the best shopping/retail app I've ever used. I love that opening products open in a sort of pop-up window you simply X out of, instead of having to go back (and then going back too far and having to resubmit your search, etc). Look forward to exploring more, and will likely update my review.

Using this app is unfortunately quite challenging. The categories seem incomplete (no filter option for meat in the "sales" view) and the app appears to just be a shell around a web page, leading to long presses highlighting text and causing graphical glitches while trying to scroll through the items. Overall, it just feels like an outdated app experience even though it's brand new.

Most of the time when I start shopping, the app tells me that there are delivery and pick up times available for the current day, but when I go to check out it tells me nothing is open for the current day. Kind of disappointing. I love Heinen’s, and I hope the app will improve. Edit: this happened again today (9/7). Started shopping with pick up times open, clicked back a second later, nothing open.... I realize spaces must fill up quickly, but not all of them all at once.
