The game constantly resets the 3 day additional worlds constantly deleting all my progress while never returning any coins or diamonds I spend on progress. And I have never received a response from customer service at any time. Fun game when it works right, but absolutely no customer service whatsoever. If customer service was improved or if issues were corrected then so would my rating.

Going nowhere fast. I open the game, click on a task and it tells me I need to do XYZ first. So I go where it says and basically in circles. I keep thinking if I wait and come back, something will become available for me to do but I've been stuck for two days now. Strongly suggest to the developers for faster progress or clearer instructions, also the mini game where you trace the shape is impossible

I loved this game! It was a bit simple and repetitive st times but it was relaxing and fun. I ended up actually buying several of the in app purchases and spending time setting it all up to my liking. Then one day I got a pop up message "a higher level version of the game has been found please download" or something. I tried to ignore it but it did it anyway. Long story short I lost everything, all the work I had done and all the stuff I paid for gone. No response from support either.
