Ratings and reviews

This app makes it very difficult to earn money. I was trying to complete the face verification and I followed the instructions each time perfectly. However, somehow, the system found an error each time. Now I get the message that I can't do anymore face verifications and since I can't, I'm not able to withdraw any of my earnings. This needs to be fixed. There shouldn't be a limited amount of chances to verify your face when the system itself is full of bugs. This isn't fair, I need my money

Overall this is a pretty good app everything works as it should. Except playing with the diamonds in the party section or individual live broadcast its ratio to what you spend and what you receive back in wins is terrible but I guess the apps not here to lose money only to take your money witch it does very well. Don't get court up with recharging and sending gifts you DON'T WIN in fact you lose all the time

I don't know why sometimes face detection fails while using the app upon the fact that I stayed in a well lit environment and nothing is covering my face. That's very annoying. Please, fix it. This is my second time of experiencing it and, it's frustrating. 😒
