I would recommend not to purchase from telemart . I placed order on 25th august and its been more than a month and my order is still under process . Whenever I report to them , they give me lame excuses which has no sense at all . I have used many platforms but with telemart I had a worst experience . Stay away from this shopping app.

The app scrollig experience is extremely slow. When I get down to bottom I have to wait for results to load. Then when the results are loaded, scrolling further down the page is hell and like a crawling turtle. First i thought my phone or internet has a problem. But no its the app which is buggy and sluggish to load results and scrolling experience.

They are totally scam! Please make sure to stay away from them and never ever purchase anything from them. I bought wireless earbuds for Rs 2999 and they sent me wired ones with price range of upto Rs 799. I have asked them through support portal for replacement but they are not doing anything. All the phone numbers provided on their website are dead, you can not call them. Their trustpilot scoce is very bad , please stay away from them for your own good.
