Since the update, it has been freezing non-stop, or it just doesn't load or let me in at all. I have to close out all my apps and try and open just this one before it "might" let me in. Before the update, I never had a single issue. I check my accounts almost daily, and this is truly frustrating to deal with.

Until recently, the app worked great. In the last couple of months, my deposits will look fine and get rejected for being unreadable. I've voiced my concern a couple of times but nobody responds. The first time I was told to just mail my checks in, instead of depositing with the app. Nice customer service.

Sometimes when you try to take a picture of your check to deposit, the hour glass will just keep spinning and it will tell you to keep still. This happens mainly with the back of the check. Other times it works great. Sometimes the app will tell you to retake the picture because the edges are torn. The edges are not torn and the picture looks good but it will never accept it so I have to go to the bank to deposit it. Very frustrating.
