Been with this bank for over 30 years. I love that Trugrocer keeps up with the technology. I only deposit my checks here the auto capture on the check deposit works great! It's a slick little app. Today it's having issues with login fingerprint access not sure why. Made me login a few times before letting me in. Finger print did not work.it stalled 2 times and forced me to use my password.

Very easy to set up with Zelle Account through TruGrocer! Have not used yet but the setup process was fast and easy. The TruGrocer employees at the Orlando location are all very professional and friendly! Their customer service is above and beyond anything I would expect! Thank you Cheyonna, Michele and Lynn for all of your help and hard work over sooooo many years!! ❤️

I'm not sure why the APP won't install to my phone. It was installed, had to uninstall it, and won't let me add to phone. It wants to add the APP to my table. It keeps telling me not capable with my device which is my phone. I cleaned up everything on my phone. Also I can't use the check deposit. I have to keep taking the picture over and over. I have to drive down to the credit union to deposit. This has become very unfriendly.
