Finally this app has improved greatly! When the institution first went digital/online there were so many times, I would be locked out the account, password had to be changed constantly, with old app. It was truly a frustrating process! I even stopped using the online services for at least 2 years. I just installed the most recent app in May 2021, ànd the process was much more pleasant, and fast. Thank you Illiana for upgrading the app, I've been a member IFCU for a long time, easy banking.

New review. This app is nice, but you guys suck with required password changes. I only want to see the balance on my account, but once in a while I have to change the password in order to be able to login. I use my fingerprint, and it is still not enough for you? Now I need to go, and find my old password written somewhere, than create a new one just to see the balance. What a nonsence!!! And we have to change the passwords every year if not sooner. This is really really annoying! I am so mad!

the update changed my previous login information so I went to an actual branch since it's incredibly hard to speak to a person when you call the number. I downloaded the new app and they guided me through the login with my new info that I had no idea changed. now I can't click continue on the terms and condition page....I just want to be able to login and check mu account. this is annoying
