If you loose the bluetooth connection and then reconnect, the app freezes. You need to disconnect from the scale, find and reconnect. When you do this you loose the logging information. I was looking forward to logging each job, the report that is emailed is some crappy excel form. Very poor software. I will be buying the optional receiver for this scale.

You guys are disgusting Edit: every review is the same complaint for three years and no response. I regret buying these scales they never connect to my phone anymore takes 30 tries or it doesnt work at all Replaced battery, read the manual, googled it, different phones, called your tech support and they still dont work
