The overall experience is pretty decent and new look is better. There are a lot of taps to get to functions, the UX could be improved to make commons actions easier to find and get to.In addition, there an irritating long-standing bug where the approval prompt is overridden by the app login prompt at app launch from push notification, and then you have no option but to wait until the sms OTP comes. Happy to provide more feedback to help resolve the issue. If not for that, probably worth 4 stars.

There are not many options in the way of opening and closing accounts of your choosing. Your accounts do not have the attached interest displayed when viewing them. The performance is poor when tapping into an account or one's rewards. The load times between screens makes the UX unpleasant. Hoping improvements can be made - more options and flexibility via the app, which will free up your bankers for less mundane queries.

Not great having such a lot of issues with an app that is supposed to keep your payments and money secure. Not only have the later versions taken away functionality (such as fingerprint login) every subsequent version has new issues. For instance, I can't exit this app through the app. I have to use the Andriod open window view to close the app.

Hi Hennie, you should be able to log in with your fingerprint. You can enable this function under your "Settings". Please let us know if you are still experiencing these issues on your phone.
